Reveal Collection
This Winter at taylor we have been inspired with hints and peeps between blinds.. things that change, modify and reappear in a different format. A state of transition that can be revealed and concealed.
We team originality with tradition, and attitude with sentiment. We eliminate the superfluous and trust in pure elegance and good old fashioned stylishness.
Silhouettes will be revealed with rounded cuts and swollen hems; draped shapes and fluid translucent dresses. Contrast the smooth floating liquid-like lines against the sharpness of pleats and asymmetrical outfits with geometric lines and clear colour contrasts. You will finish off fluid dresses with boots; wear severe belted coats with lace up brogues and ankle socks.
Outfits are clean and sculptural with higher waisted pants and godets skirts worn with low heels and brogues.
This season is all about pure luxury for strong women. These are modern women, juggling career and family life with an eye for aesthetics and a touch of glamour.
Our taylor colour palette is made from nocturnal shades – midnight blues, shadowy deep greys, and browns are splashed with confident bright hints of electric blue, honeycombe and pink. Black is chic again this season as it becomes alluring and textural. It is easily a woman’s best friend again.
This season the must haves are:
Overcoats, White Shirts, Asymmetical Dresses, Wider Palazzo style Pants or Floor Grazing Skirts, Oversized Sweaters and Slim Pants and long textural scarves.
Fabrics speak of winter with Tweeds, cashmeres and merino wools highlighted with velvet and leather. Soft silks create the fluid nature and contrast this against the structure of Italian wools and leather.
