Events On Saturday 21 August, Museum Hotel in Wellington hosted a High Tea High Fashion event as part of Wellington on a Plate festival. Guests at Hippopotamus restaurant at Museum Hotel were treated to high tea made by chef de patisserie Louis Sergeant. They were also entertained by a runway show of Wellington designer Alexandra Owen’s Spring/Summer 2011 collection just before she takes it to New York Fashion Week.

Events On Saturday 1st May, fashion and design came together once again at Auckland's Mollie's hotel for the annual 'Frocktails' event to help raise funds for the Auckland City Mission. Local interior and fashion designers transformed the Mollie's suites into six different worlds, based on the concept 'A World We Dream to Live in'.
