ORANGE CRUSH
Designers have a crush on orange this Spring. Orange looks stunning as a contrast to black or white, paired with denim or prints, or to pep up neutrals.

And as shades range from vivid tangerines and blood oranges to soft peaches and apricots, there is a shade to suit every skin tone. When I was about 10 I even wore an orange frock to a funeral, much to my mother's disgust, such was my lust for the happy-go-lucky hue. No boring black or pastel pink for me! In many notable footwear collections, the color adds a dash of zest and excitement, whether added to a sophisticated sandal or making an already fun pump a statement piece. While donning an all-orange look would be a bit adventurous for the average fashionista, adding an orange sandal to breathe life into a summer dress or pairing your favorite jeans with some orange statement heels is a great way to add this trend to your daily wardrobe. So why not try this fresh, sundrenched shade this spring, to give a vibrant, debonair touch to any outfit. Here are my favourite orange shoes for Summer 09/10, in stores now! |
