8 Summer Slip Dresses

Summer is all about easy to wear pieces and they don’t come much simpler or quick to throw on than the slip dress. Unlike some other 90s trends that have made their way back into fashion in recent seasons, the slip dress has been around in some form or other in many collections over the years and is a firm favourite of those who love the underwear as outerwear look. The name slip dress comes from the fact that the dress looks like a slip, the kind that were traditionally worn under heavier dresses for many years and are often cut on the bias to give the garment its feminine shape.
