Hit or Miss?  January Jones' Printed Pants

It's a hit!  A lot of celebs having been wearing this trend lately, and while I have been eyeing some pairs with disdain, I have decided I like the pants – they are cool and different, and an ideal summer piece that can be worn casually with flats or dressed up with heels.

But I am sitting on the fence with the look as a whole - I do like the pants, but I hate the top she’s wearing them with.

My top tip for wearing bold, printed and baggy pants is to team them with a fitted top.  January’s baggy top makes the look appear a bit sloppy and unkempt.  And if you’re still feeling a bit uncertain, team baggy pants with heels and a blazer like Rashida Jones in the picture below – there’s a risk that wearing floaty, baggy pants can make you look and feel slightly dowdy, so by pairing them with heels you’ll look and feel more sleek and glamorous.
