'The Hunt'

Inspired by an old world tapestry, Andrea Moore's winter 2013 collection, entitled ‘The Hunt,’ embodies the rush and adrenalin of a classic chase.

The history and tradition of a much-loved dinner shirt and the adventure that lies behind the riding habits from the mid-17th century are what inform the shapes of the collection.

The collection’s colour palette of vibrant pinks, yellows and blues is seen in the beautiful deer leather accessories. Made in New Zealand, the accessories feature strong wearing hardware, and each deerskin is unique.

The exclusive Running Horse print is a motif that appears throughout the collection on silk georgettes, zip pullers and screen prints.  Possum fur adds a luxurious element to the range.

Known for her beautiful tailoring, Andrea Moore has produced each garment in the collection through a journey of craftsmanship, from the numerous fittings perfecting the garment to the hand-sourced fabric & dyes.
