What do you do for a job? What are your passions?
I work for Cathy Campbell Communications, a PR and Events agency, where I work on a fantastic group of luxury and lifestyle clients in the PR side of the business. I adore animals and the outdoors and I am at my happiest when surrounded by my friends and family.

What is your daily beauty routine?
Cleanse, tone, and moisturise in the morning. Sun block when I remember. At night I remove any makeup, cleanse, and dab rosehip oil under my eyes.

What is the secret to aging gracefully?
Natural beauty is priceless. Embrace rather than hide the natural ageing process.

What is your top beauty tip?

I drink a cup of hot water (with lemon when possible) every morning without fail. Hot water first thing in the morning cleanses the system.  Both my mother and grandmother follow the same ritual.

What is a typical day for you?

I like to start the day with a walk. At the office I work with the team on PR strategy and plans for upcoming events. I like to wind down by cooking a delicious home cooked meal.

What is your never-fail, quick 3 minute make-over routine?

Always start on a fresh, makeup-free face, add a touch of bronzer and blusher on cheeks, a good coating of mascara and a natural shade of lip gloss.
