Jacqueline Roper is a talented designer, specialising in creating unashamedly luxurious feminine outfits. Jacqueline pulls inspiration for her collections from the aesthetics of elegance,intricate detailing and nature, as well as from fashion’s vintage haute couture. Jacqueline has spent many years crafting her talent for Fashion & Textile design while working in Tokyo, Paris and Los Angeles before finding her way back home to New Zealand, Jacqueline is a direct descendant of Chief Te Mahutu and Te Waikaungarangi of the Te Āti Awa Iwi, from Pukerangiora Pa, in Taranaki
We are passionate about the world around us, all the garments are made using the beautiful biodegradable fabric such as Pearl silks, silk cotton and silk wool blends, and now some Algae (Seaweed). We work to have 0 waste by making unique items from our offcuts. We are transparent with our design and manufacturing process, with every garment designed and hand crafted in New Zealand.
