Fashion Quality Controller

Position: Fashion Quality Controller

Location: Ponsonby, Auckland

Responsibilities:

• Inspect garments and ensure that their quality meets quality standards (as defined in specifications) and they will deliver to the customer’s expectations
• Conduct remedial actions on the inspected products as required, e.g. through spot cleaning, hand stitching, or other activities
• Coordinate remediation with the General Manager or other team members, e.g. the Sewist/Tailoress/Tailor
• Prepare items for presentation to customers or B3B customers
• Assist with picking, packing, and dispatching of orders
• Assist with investor and other activities
