Position: Textile Design Coordinator

Location: Parnell, Auckland

What we are looking for

• Writing briefs, preparing design and production operation, with photo files attached
• Following up new print designs with operations to ensure deadlines are met
• Coordination of specialised fabric platforms for custom builds of print trials
• Managing monthly greige inventory schedules to ensure correct levels of greige in place
• Reviewing greige levels with clients for specific programs
• Filing of Textile Data Sheets digitally – ensuring each is labelled with specific EX#
• Requesting Textile Data Sheets when necessary for printing purposes
• Creating development spreadsheets when ranges are selected, including snips/photos of the relevant design
• Creating Costing spreadsheet
• Calculating fabric requirements
