Moochi's Autumn Romance with 'Fallen Fields'

Moochi have embraced the bohemian spirit for Autumn 2016 with a new capsule collection that has a romantic feel but their signature easy to wear style. The collection is called 'Fallen Fields' and embraces the juxtaposition of feminine and masculine shapes and tailoring with soft, unstructured dresses paired with oversized knits and jackets. Moochi have referenced the 1970s, which is still a strong trend, with the introduction of a free-spirited floral print, drop-waist silhouettes and peasant sleeves. While structural pieces in boutique leather and utilitarian fabrics make sure the collection still has a modern finish.

 

The colour palette is descidedly romantic with blush pink and vanilla tones featured alongside offbeat pops of rich, autumnal toffee and black denim. Luxurious fabrics such as the hammered silk of the trapeze dress add to the casual elegance of the range.  The cleverly matched accessories include a fringed leather pouch bag finished in a soft pebbled leather, felted wool fedora hat detailed with a fine leather band and a solid, high-cut ankle boot featuring a heavy, utilitarian tread.
