Our (Non-Exhaustive) Ultimate Fashion Week Schedule to Follow

New Zealand Fashion Week 2025 is finally here, and whether you’re front row, backtage, or simply there for the street style, we’ve mapped out a non-exhaustive but fab filled schedule to help you make the most of it.

From outfit inspo to coffee stops, this is your ultimate NZFW guide.

Day One – Monday 25 August

Think of Monday as your prep day: outfit planning, wellness rituals, and settling into the buzz of the week ahead. If you’re visiting, check in to Hotel Indigo, the official hotel partner of NZFW. The lobby will be brimming with industry icons and fashion fans alike.

The first show of the week kicks off at Shed 10 at 5PM (invite-only), so if you’re one of the lucky attendees, start Fashion Week with a bang and wear something totally you to set the tone.

Day Two – Tuesday 26 August

The first official offsite show of the week belongs to Yu Mei (Offsite, 2PM), followed by Juliette Hogan at Shed 10 (6PM) – the first ticketed show of NZFW 2025.

If you’re heading into the city early, grab a pre-show sip and snack at Queens Rooftop Bar while watching the sunset. For the dress code? Ideally Juliette Hogan (of course), but otherwise lean into pastels, dreamy silks, and feminine tailoring.

Post-show debriefs are best over dessert, so head to Alma for their rhubarb citrus meringue and a glass of wine.

Day Three – Wednesday 27 August

Rise and shine – it’s an early one. Beyond the Runway Panel: Idea to Empire with Pip Edwards, Karen Walker & Marc Moore starts at 8AM, Shed 10. Go light on the glam, minimal on the outfit, and fuel up at Daily Bread for coffee and a pastry before walking over.

An outfit change may be in order for Claudia Li at 11AM – think bold silhouettes, oversized accessories, and strong colour blocking.

Afterwards, head to Bowler in Wynyard Quarter for a nourishing refuel before Adrion Atelier (1PM) and the Kahui Collective (3PM).

Dinner? Treat yourself at Amanoeverything is good, so order freely and toast to surviving the midweek.

Day Four – Thursday 28 August

A marathon day. Start with Menswear Unfiltered by Cupra (Offsite, Giltrap Group, 8AM). Grab a takeaway flat white from Florets in Grey Lynn to keep you sharp.

Back at Shed 10, the first show is Untouched World (1PM), so line your stomach with a hearty lunch at Bistro Saine. Then, it’s onto the Future of Fashion showcase (3PM), the Auckland FC Kit Couture (4PM, Soul Bar), before returning for a blockbuster evening: Karen Walker & adidas (6PM) followed by Zambesi (8:30PM).

Afterwards, celebrate at The Nightcarexpect cocktails, late-night bites, and underground NYC vibes to close out the night.

Day Five – Friday 29 August

By now, you’re tired, blistered, and running on dry shampoo. Push through. Must-attends are:

Dinner plans? Easy. Go to Federal Delicatessen for the chicken salad sandwich and finish with a slice of pie.

Day Six – Saturday 30 August

The grand finale. Start strong at the New Zealand Designer Breakfast at The Shelter (9:30AM) before hitting Shed 10 for Walk the Line (10AM) and Sonnie (12PM).

Don’t miss The Graduate Collections (2PM) or the Pacific Fusion Fashion Show (4PM) – both guaranteed to spotlight emerging talent and fresh perspectives.

Refuel at Harbour Eats, Commercial Bay where everyone can find something to suit their cravings. Then dress up for the closing act: Greatest Hits – Volume 1: The Best Looks of NZFW 2025 (7PM, Shed 10).

A fitting end to a whirlwind week.

After all that? Treat yourself to a Macca’s feed. Clutch that McDonald’s bag like it’s a brand-new Bottega, and eat it in the Uber home. You deserve it.
