Elle + Riley released their beautiful new cashmere collection online today (it will be in the brand’s stores when they re-open post lockdown too). While we may not be able to shop it just yet we can still admire the gorgeous imagery that makes us want to reach out and stroke that super soft cashmere. Elle + Riley is the brainchild of daughter and mother duo, Elle Pugh and Yolande Ellis, who founded the label in 2016. They wanted to offer elevated luxury knitwear to New Zealand and combining their fashion backgrounds and love of cashmere has seen their brand garner a strong fanbase.
For this season Elle + Riley offer elegant options in easy to wear neutrals with hues of camel, cream, grey and black. There’s also pops of colour from royal blue, pink, lemon and navy in classic styles. A key piece is the double-sided jacket which as its name suggests is reversible and features double-faced cashmere in a two-tone colourway. Another key piece is a directional ribbed sweater with a half-zip collar that is the perfect piece to snuggle up in on cold days.
