LEO+BE‘s new collection for Spring/Summer 2020 is in stores and online now, and offers lots of spirited looks for the season. Designers and sisters, Jenny Drury and Brenda Wilkinson, were inspired by the spirit of adventure and the beauty of nature for the range, and with overseas trips off the menu for a while that means they’ve looked to our own backyard.
The resulting colour palette offers a range of suitably earthy hues, with plenty of beautiful blues and a gorgeous ruby red on offer. LEO+BE always feature lots of charming prints as does sister brand Ketz-ke, and this season’s prints include cacti and pretty florals alongside abstract prints and the requisite stripes. The brand does a fun take on tomboy dressing that is youthful and easy to wear, it’s juxtaposed with sweet, feminine pieces that perfectly round out the range.
Among this season’s key pieces are versatile pants in relaxed styles that are always a favourite of LEO+BE fans. Tiered skirts and dresses offer pretty options that are great for those more special outfits, while a beautiful mandarin collar shirt with lace inserts is a wonderful piece for women of any age.
