Baby Cheeks Blush Stick – Westman Atelier

$94

I used to wear alot of makeup during my twenties when I was working at an advertising agency. But now that I’ve gotten older, I’ve really come to appreciate the small parts of your cosmetics bag that work for those no make-up days. This blush stick puts life back into your skin. It’s lightweight, nourishing and extremely creamy. The ultimate on-the-go essential.

After the Hours Skin Clinic (Podcast)

Consultant Dermatologists Dr Emma Craythorne & Dr Ellie Rashid

We’re at a really exciting moment with the brand at the moment (stay tuned!!). And I really loved this episode of the After the Hours Skin Clinic. Dr Ellie Rashid especially is amazing, I love the way she explains complex skin science into everyday terms.

Cyan Nori – Abel Fragrance

$135

A forever favourite scent of mine. It smells like a moment by the beach in Aotearoa. Fresh, but with depth. If you’re a Kiwi away from home, trust me – this will transport you back to a summer memory.

Cocoon Ceramide Cream + Golden Nectar Mānuka Honey Enzyme Cleanser – RAAIE

$110 & $95

It’s been so cold and dry here in London. These are my two winter favourites. Together, they work in synergy to really nourish the skin from inside out. I went away to the countryside with my family over the holidays, and was able to actually spend time using our cleanser formula as a mask (the way I intended for it to be, ha!). Leaving the cleanser on for an extra 10 minutes allows for the fruit enzymes to gently chip away at dead skin cells, whilst the mānuka honey hydrates and soothes.

The Art of Loving – Olivia Dean

This album has been on non-stop replay in the office. Raw talent. And it’s fun but romantic, which we need more of everyday. It was such a surreal moment finding out that Olivia uses our range last year.

Modern Manners: Instructions for Living Fabulously Well – The Gentlewoman

$35

Even though this was published in 2021, as a more seasonal offering of the time, I picked this back up from my bookshelf the other day and I still love it. I’ve been feeling pretty overwhelmed with the pace of the internet at the moment. Physical pieces like this offer perspective and proper curation. It matters more now than ever.

Hamnet – Directed by Chloé Zhao

Maybe this is a basic choice, but this film transcends everything. I’ve already seen it three times. It’s the ultimate window in the rawness of being a mother, alongside the grief of motherhood.

Growing Independent Fashion Brands – Natalia Corre (Advance Copy)

$74

The ultimate purchase for any founder, or simply those curious about all things brand-building. Natalia Corre interviews some incredible founders from all over the world, from as close to home as Gosia Piatek from Kowtow to Sofie D’Hoore in Antwerp. From community, storytelling to wellbeing – it’s a must read. It was deeply inspiring for me.

Mānuka Honey + Ginger Tonic

Life has been feeling chaotic at the moment. And when I’m in need of a reset, I always make a calming tonic. My favourite recipe is with mānuka honey, ginger, cayenne, sparkling water, and apple cider vinegar. Of course, remember to add LOTS of lemon and a splash of capsicum extract for that oomph. You’ll thank me later.
