The 6th love language is a new pair of Papinelle x Karen Walker pyjamas

It’s 5 o’clock somewhere…

Peel off your gym gear and get in the shower, because Papinelle’s latest Karen Walker collab has just landed, and these dreamy PJs don’t want to know about your tough day – they just want to be here for you at the end of it.

The fifth time Papinelle and Karen Walker have hopped into bed together, this year’s 24-piece collection is all about modern elegance, combining Karen Walker’s signature prints and love of retro colour with Papinelle’s dreamy fabrics and dedication to crafting what co-founders Renae James and Nicole Kelly call “the most beautiful sleepwear in the world”.

A take on the post-pandemic, sartorial reality of wanting to be out and about, but not quite ready to leave our inside clothes behind, the collection “Dress Up to Do Nothing‘ meets us where we’re at, with trans-seasonal, luxurious loungewear that you can wear from the bedroom, to brunch.

True to Karen Walker’s design proclivities, the prints are a trip down memory lane – if that lane is a 1970s suburban cul-de-sac. Splashed across timeless pyjama sets, suits-everyone slips and lightweight robes in solid hues of teal, coral pink, and chocolate, retro florals are a centrepiece of the collection, alongside the sure-to-sell-out ‘Dreamers Unite‘ tee.

Made from whisper-soft silks and airy cotton blends, the collection brings the best of two powerhouse brands together. “We are on the same page when it comes to quality and attention to detail, which is what our customers have come to know and love.” say Papinelle co-founders Renae James and Nicole Kelly.

Dress Up to Do Nothing is available in store and online now at Papinelle and Karen Walker, with prices starting at $64.95 NZD.
